Do I need to have professional photos done to get a Hello Custom! Offer Branding Graphic Kit made?
Nope! If you can take a good quality, well lit photo of yourself with an iPhone or digital camera that works too. I do polish/edit your photos to make them look their best on your graphic.
What if I don’t know which photo to use?
That’s okay! Part of my job is to choose the best photo to go with the vibe of your brand and the message behind your course or online offer. When you purchase, you’ll get access to my online questionnaire as well as a Google Drive folder where you can upload all your photos and I’ll pick the best one.
How editable is this offer graphic?
I create them all in Photoshop first, then save out the various pieces to layer them in Canva. That means you can use the different elements to create other materials too. So you can expect a background layer, the main photo, the course name/logo, and then the subtitle (the only element that has editable text). You won’t be able to edit the logo or change colors of the background once it’s approved.
What if it takes more than 2 revisions to come up with a graphic I love?
Thankfully, that’s never happened. Mainly because A) I’m really good at what I do (with over 20 years graphic design & branding experience), but, also because B) I have you fill out a detailed questionnaire that ensures I nail it, and usually on the first try. If after 2 revisions you still wanted to change things, I do offer additional revisions for an extra cost depending on what’s being requested. Remember; if you don't know exactly what you want or haven't established branding for your business, often branding our offers is like "trying on" different styles and it's okay for each offer to be unique and allow you to explore what you love most.
Can I use my course graphic to create a large printed poster or billboard?
No. These graphics are sized for digital use only, not for large scale print. If that’s something you need, please let me know as I have experience providing large scale print graphics and can give you a detailed quote.
